Xpanda Security is committed to manufacturing products of a high quality standard that not only satisfy the ongoing changing needs of our customer’s requirements, specifications and expectations but also that of all our organisation’s interested parties.
We continue to set and review quality objectives that are realistic, achievable and in line with our overall company objectives by ensuring our interested parties are engaged and committed to achieving our intended results. To achieve this, we also ensure that we comply to the statutory and regulatory requirements and that the QMS conforms to the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standards, which is continuously maintained, driven and supported by Xpanda’s top management.
We will strive to remain competitive in the market by continuously improving our quality and level of service to our customers. To achieve this, we encourage teamwork and ensure that our employees are competent by providing the necessary training which will result in achieving the standards required. Whilst we strive to ensure that we manufacture a product that we can be proud of, we must recognise customer complaints, which we commit to, by investigating and resolving all realistic complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
Xpanda management will ensure that the contents of this policy is communicated and implemented throughout the organisation and to any other interested parties.
